Consumer Sample Fufillment

RCS worked with a fulfillment company to optimize distribution processes and reduce costs for a Canadian consumer distribution project. RCS performed a Right Route™ Audit and determined that significant cost savings could be achieved as a result of process modifications to mail sorting, routing and distribution. RCS staff worked onsite as part of the team engaged in the implementation of the process changes at the client’s location.

Large Automotive OEM

RCS performed a Right Route™ Audit for a large fulfillment company. The findings indicated the potential for 39% savings on large Canadian programs. As a result the client contracted with RCS to implement Right Route™ Process Management and Right Route™ Distribution services. RCS consultants worked with the client’s team to implement process changes and then took over running the new optimized distribution processes on an outsourced basis.
