When submitting Canadian direct mail quotes:
- Send the file with the quote request. Accurate postage up front.
- Send a sample piece with a quote request to ensure accurate costs, enabling us to provide you with cost cutting alternatives, assure content qualifies for direct/advertising mail and eliminates any surprises at start up
- Have a production schedule that outlines the file date, print date and in-home date
- Know your customers' criteria — is there a Canadian indicia required, what is the address format, and what are the expectations?
It is not always realistic to get all of the above. Rest assured, the more you get, the more successful your start up will be.
