Robert Shenefelt

After his graduation from Western Michigan University in 1986, Robert began his career in the distribution industry at TNT Mailfast. While at TNT, he held the position of Regional Sales Director for the Midwest. In 1991, Robert left TNT to become Canadian Sales Director at World Distribution Services in Elk Grove Village, IL. Seeing a huge need in the marketplace for assistance in distributing mail to Canada, Robert founded Great White North Distribution Services (GWN) in Livonia, MI in 1993, which specialized in handling Canadian mail and distribution.

Since its inception, RCS has continued to build revenue while offering innovative options to its clients. RCS’ implemented its unique process, The Right Route™ Audit, for mail producers and OEMs in 2003.

Robert is a current member and former President of the Detroit chapter of YEO (Young Entrepreneurs Organization). He also operates another business venture, A Place to Be, focusing on vision coaching. Through these services, Robert helps other entrepreneurs to discover their passion and find balance in their lives. He and his wife, Sheryl, their daughter Grace, and their son Nicholas reside in Birmingham, MI.

Joe Lukasik

Joe has over twenty years of experience in providing global mailing and logistic solutions to major U.S. clients. Most recently he was the Director of Business Development for marketing and logistic solutions to Canada. In the past Joe has developed and launched a unique Canadian service specifically for U.S. companies marketing directly to Canadian consumers. The services provided for pre-clearance of product, electronic duty drawback, and an automatic claims and returns system.

Joe has worked with the following companies on their Canadian process: Victoria’s Secret Catalogue, CompuServe, and General Electric.

Patrick Gysel

Patrick has over 20 years experience in the distribution and logistics industries. He has held positions at UPS, Great White North Distribution Services, Global Mail, DHL and is currently the General Manager and partner at RCS.

Patrick holds a degree from the University of Michigan, along with vast industry expertise in accounting, commercial pricing, sales, customer service, systems design and development and operations. He relies on this knowledge and experience to creatively provide customers solutions for their mailing needs.
